Terms & Conditions – Pink Shades Nail & Beauty Suite

1) Website Use
By browsing this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update the content and policies at any time.

2) Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be booked through our booking system (including external links such as Acuity and payment platforms like Stripe/Square). An appointment is considered confirmed once a confirmation is received via email and/or SMS.

3) Deposits
All services require a deposit to reserve. The deposit is applied toward the total service price unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.

4) Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Rescheduling: must be completed at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. You may reschedule through your appointment confirmation email.
  • Cancellations: we do not accept cancellations.
  • No-shows: if the client does not attend the appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

5) Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or require rescheduling, while the deposit policy remains in effect.

6) Payments & Refunds
We accept payment methods such as debit/credit cards and digital payments (subject to availability). Services already provided are non-refundable.

7) Results & Maintenance
Results may vary depending on nail/skin condition, aftercare, and client habits. We recommend following our aftercare instructions to maximize durability.

8) Health, Safety & Allergies
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service. We may refuse or modify a service if we believe there is a risk to the client.

9) Minors
Services for minors may require consent and/or the presence of an adult, as applicable.

10) Intellectual Property
Photos, text, design, and website content are the property of Pink Shades Nail & Beauty Suite and may not be used without authorization.

11) Third-Party Links
This website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., booking/payment providers). We do not control their terms; their policies apply.

12) Limitation of Liability
